Off-Campus Agents and the Edge Relay

Off-campus PC agents utilize the Edge Relay to send info back to the OSCE server. The following KB describes what info is sent back:

Note: Off-campus agents will not receive agent program updates unless on VPN.

Edge Relay does not support Mac agents

The Edge Relay does not support TMSM (Mac) agents. No reporting information is sent back from off-campus TMSM agents.

Using the UF VPN

Using the UF VPN will provide full reporting for PC and Mac while off campus.
