However, this allowance is not intended for repurposing bench switches as a permanent solution for regularly utilized workflows or general job efficiency. Scenarios where a switch is consistently supporting daily operations typically indicate a need for proper infrastructure (e.g., additional cable pulls or permanent port expansion), rather than continued reliance on temporary equipment.
