Phone Orders

UF departmental customers located on or off of Main Campus who choose to purchase Cisco hard phones must do so from approved vendors in order to utilize the full support features from Cisco (RMA, troubleshooting support, etc.).

If you find a hardphone at a lower cost from a different vendor that provides the same level of support, UFIT will need to review the device(s) to ensure network compatibility. Phones purchased without UFIT's review may not be compatible with UF's network and may not be eligible for technical support. 

Single Phone Orders

Single phone order are temporarily paused and will resume after Dec. 31, 2026. At this time, UFIT will only process hardphone orders with a quantity of at least five. 

Desk Phone Notice 

The Cisco desk phone models listed below will no longer be supported on UF’s network after Dec. 31, 2026 and must be replaced or removed.
