For new softphone service requests, please submit a ticket.

Coordinate with your local IT support to obtain the Webex client.

UFIT supports a wide range of telephony endpoints, including multiple-line devices, videophones, key expansion-modules and conference units. A list of the latest supported devices can be found on the Device List.

If your department or unit would like to purchase an approved endpoint that is not in stock, UFIT will place the order directly with the vendor. These orders can take up to a month to be fulfilled due to processing time. It is recommended to acquire telephony endpoints that are in stock to avoid delays.

In order to begin the Webex and telephone bulk ordering process, units should complete one Telephone Bulk Template spreadsheet per Chartfield string purchase and submit it via a Communications Support ticket
