We are replacing our current document management system with Hyland’s OnBase software. As we convert to the new software, you will continue to find the link to your items in the same place (myUFL, GIMS, or Graduate E-Referral and Eagle).
While we are trying to keep the user experience consistent, the new software will be a little different. Once you click on the link, a new webpage will launch.
There are three components to the new web page. On the left side of the screen, you can choose Folders on the top and the individual documents on the bottom. The center of the screen displays the contents of the document. Finally, the right side of the screen displays thumbnail previews of the pages inside the document.
