Learn the essentials of making accessible PDFs. This session gives you an overview of what PDF accessibility is and how to get started improving your documents.

In this training, you’ll learn and get:

  • Why accessibility matters.
  • What makes a PDF accessible, including structure, tags, reading order, and alternative text.
  • Tools that help you check and improve accessibility, such as features in Adobe Acrobat Pro and PAC.
  • Additional self‑learning resources you can explore after the session to deepen your understanding.

Note: Participants will need a license for Adobe Acrobat Pro to fix accessibility issues in PDFs.
