This training introduces AI tools available at UF and introduces a simple Plan, Create, and Refine framework for using AI to develop effective presentations.

In this training, participants will learn how to use AI tools to streamline presentation development. 

Topics covered include:

• Exploring AI tools for presentation development
• Planning presentations by defining audience, purpose, key messages, and visual style
• Creating presentation content using effective prompting techniques
• Refining presentations for accessibility, and developing speaker notes.
