- The UFIT Database Support team will provide full point in time recovery for the following retention periods
- Test / Dev = 14 days
- Prod = 30 days
- The UFIT Database Support team will provide restore and recovery for the following tiers
- Test / Dev = during normal business hours (special considerations must be arranged in advance)
- Prod = 7 X 24
- Increase in resources, additional support requests must be requested by a Service Request.
- Maintenance Window: planned maintenance will be scheduled during the standard maintenance window on Sundays from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
