- The UFIT Database Support team will provide full point in time recovery capabilities for the following retention periods
- Increase in resources, additional support requests must be requested by a Service Request.
- Maintenance Window: planned maintenance will be scheduled during the standard maintenance window on Sundays from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
- Patching Schedule:
- DEV/Test: 2nd or 3rd Sunday of the Month (1st Sunday after Patch Tues) 6:00 AM - 10:00 AM
- PROD: 1st or 4th Sunday of the Month (2nd Sunday after Patch Tues) 6:00 AM - 10:00 AM
