Faculty and Staff Access to Mathpix
To support faculty's accessibility remediation efforts in their documents with complex mathematical symbols ahead of the updated regulations for Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act, UFIT is providing Mathpix Snip access to faculty and staff by request as a pilot program. For additional resources on remediation and best practices please visit UFIT CITT Accessibility in STEM Courses.
- Faculty/Staff must directly request access. Requests may not be placed on behalf on another person.
- You will receive a Mathpix invite to create your Mathpix account. You must use a different password from your GatorLink password when you create your Mathpix account and it must comply with university password standard.
- You should only upload documents/images intended for math translation or OCR processing.
- By requesting a license, you understand this is a pilot program through 2/20/2027 and continued access to the application is not guaranteed. You will be asked to provide feedback through a future survey to help assess the usefulness of the application to your work.
Please request access using this form.
