Restrictive Change Window (RCW)
The UF Restrictive Change Calendar will track the important dates where the review and approval process for a Request for Change becomes more stringent. At the University of Florida, there are well known dates where it becomes more difficult to secure approval for Requests for Change. These dates are calculated based on the Academic Calendar published by the Office of the University Registrar. Exceptions to these restrictions require Senior Leadership approval.
