General IT Help Request
Use the Submit General IT Help Request button below if you are experiencing problems or want to make a change with your UF managed devices and services, such as computers, printers, email, browsers, internet connection, etc. This is also the form to use if you want to change access rights for your employees, obtain quotes on software and hardware, or have general IT-related questions.
New Employee IT Provisioning
Submit an "IT Provisioning for New Employees" form to request network access, creation of a UF email account, and workstation set up for new hires, whether they are new to UF or transferring from another UF unit.
Please submit this request at least 7 days (5 business days) before the new employee is scheduled to start.
Exiting Employee IT Provisioning
Submit an "IT Provisioning for Exiting Employees" form for employees leaving the university as well as for employees transferring to a new department within UF.
Please submit this request at least 7 days before the employee is scheduled to end their employment with your unit.
TSS - Non-UFIT Computer Refreshes
When a TSS-supported department is cycling from old equipment to new equipment, this is the form that will be used. The purpose of this form is to get both the old and new information on record so TSS can properly setup your new devices and transition you out of your old ones.
If you are submitting a request for multiple devices, please submit a "General IT Support" ticket and TSS will send you a multiple device template.
