Documentation below is an introduction to using TeamDynamix at UF.  The sandbox and production environments continue to be developed so the interfaces documented here may differ is some aspects from the current implementation.  Efforts will be made to update documentation as notable changes are made.

 

Important Concepts

Forms - Forms are an important field for technicians on a ticket.  Each service has a form which sets the service, adds the default responsible team, and adds custom fields, if any are applicable. 

Responsible - The Responsible field is where a ticket is assigned to a group (team) or individual.  By default, a ticket should be assigned to a group so a ticket does not get overlooked if a specific individual is unavailable.  The Responsible field makes it easy to search and select a Group without needing to navigate through tiers or categories.
