Faculty and Staff

Faculty and Staff can visit the Microsoft Office software portal for a free download of Microsoft Office 365 ProPlus that can be used on up to 5 computers or tablets and unlimited mobile phones while they are currently working for UF and receiving a paycheck from the University.

Any additional licenses can be purchased at the full retail price.

Furthermore, active faculty and staff are eligible to purchase one upgrade license of the latest Windows Operating System and one license of the latest Office. Please be aware that under this agreement, a user is entitled to install their software on only one computer per copy.

If you intend to UPGRADE your Operating System, we highly recommend that you upgrade Microsoft Windows prior to purchasing your media. This way you can ensure that the upgrade you buy will work best with your current Operating System’s system requirements.
