Alicia Turner
Director
Alicia has been with UF for 24 years. She started with UF in 1999, serving as field director for the UF Survey Research Center. Alicia joined UFIT in 2006, as a management analyst, supporting the myUFL Student Financials implementation. She then served as director of operations at the UF Clinical and Translational Science Institute. While there, Alicia supported several large-scale NIH grant applications, including the UF CTSI, VIVO, and the Southeast Center for Integrated Metabolomics, resulting in a combined $44 million in sponsored funding for UF. Alicia received her bachelor’s degree in advertising from UF.

Natalie Andrietta
Business Relationship Manager II
Natalie is a first-generation double Gator and has been working full time at UF since 2011. Acting as a liaison between student life and UFIT, Natalie is a dynamic professional with a well-rounded skill set and diverse experience in various aspects of higher education. She is committed to fostering long-term relationships, advocating for customer needs, identifying new opportunities, and ultimately contributing to the success and growth of the Gator Nation.
Ryane Burg
Business Relationship Manager II
Ryane joined UFIT in 2018. She has more than 10 years of experience in the information technology space. With UFIT as her primary customer area, Ryane is breaking new ground and implementing a BRM support program for UFIT’s internal teams. She has a situational leadership style that incorporates calm resolve in dealing with challenges. Ryane has a passion for bringing people together to solve complex problems, and always prioritizes the protection of the end user experience.
TaJuana Chisholm
Business Relationship Manager II
TaJuana is UF’s business relationship manager for research. TaJuana joined UF in 2011, and she began at UFIT in 2021. She has extensive experience in managing projects, connecting with customers, overseeing teams handling big data for retrospective and prospective studies, and providing high-level customer service to all constituents who interact with UF. She holds a master’s in education.
Jim Harrison
Business Relationship Manager II
Jim joined UF in 2006. He began his Gator Nation career as a business analyst, and is now a business relationship manager, serving the UF community who makes use of enterprise business, financial, and human resource administrative systems. He holds a BBA in accounting from Mercer University. When not in the office, Jim enjoys finding and learning new things to do with his two kids.
Charlotte Looney
Business Relationship Manager II
Charlotte is the business relationship manager for student services. She has a bachelor's in management information systems from USF, and earned her MBA from UF. Charlotte supports student-serving offices in the enrollment and academic areas of UF. She has worked for UF since 2014 and joined UFIT in 2018. Charlotte loves helping connect customers with resources both within UFIT and across campus. She enjoys the opportunity to work with units across the University, support campus initiatives, and more that the BRM role provides!

Renee Hancock
Communications Specialist
Renee is the communications specialist for UFIT. She graduated from UF in 2021 with a bachelor’s degree in public relations and joined UFIT in 2022. Her academic and professional experience focuses on social media marketing, writing, editing, and brand adherence. Renee’s primary responsibilities include assisting in the consolidation of branding efforts, increasing brand awareness and engagement, and helping facilitate internal communications.
Mack Hough
Graphic Designer
Mack has been the graphic designer for UFIT since 2019. He has more than 10 years’ experience in magazine layout and publications. Mack’s skillset range includes vector art work, logo design, and photo manipulation. Mack is a graduate of Leadership Gainesville and a winner of an Addy award for Best Ad Design.

Pate Cantrell
Manager
Pate is a manager with the responsibility of helping the organization grow its project management capabilities. For the past eight years, he has managed implementations including DocuSign, OnBase, myTraining, and UFOLIO. Before joining UF, Pate spent sixteen years managing sales and marketing at Barr Systems and Notable Solutions. He earned his bachelor’s degree in geography from UF and is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM®) and Project Management Professional (PMP®).
Kylie Adams
Project Manager I
Kylie started her journey with UFIT in 2023. She is a proud Gator alumna with a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations. Kylie previously worked as an IT project manager with a SaaS company supporting small businesses. What she enjoys most about her job is serving as a liaison and partner for her project teams. When she is not at her desk, Kylie enjoys fitness, traveling, cooking like she is on MasterChef, and the occasional game of Texas Hold'em.
Ginny Ahuja
Project Manager III
Ginny joined UF in 2023 and was hired to bring her 19 years of government and private industry experience to the Empowering UF program. Ginny leads several projects that are part of the university’s overall enterprise systems enhancement and deployment of Workday. When not thinking about ways to make UF’s enterprise environment more efficient, Ginny spends time with her husband and two sons, enjoying nature and doing community service projects. She holds bachelor’s and Master of Science degrees from Delhi University along with a leadership certificate earned through Cornell University.
Magen Baker
Project Manager II
Meg’s experience in project management began through nonprofit management, serving as the senior project manager for UF Advancement before joining UFIT in 2020. Meg brings more than 12 years of institutional knowledge to UFIT and enjoys partnering with university stakeholders to implement technology that streamlines services, effectively improving university business processes and the customer experience. Meg is committed to helping others to identify challenges and apply strategic solutions to achieve the best outcome.
Patricia Cook
Project Manager II
Patricia ('Tricia') joined UF in 2004. She is a project manager working to improve university processes through the effective use of technology. Tricia is a Gator alumna with a bachelor’s in business administration. She earned her master’s in business administration from the University of North Florida and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®). Historically, her projects have been in IT security, identity & access management, and Microsoft-related projects. When Tricia is not working for UF, she is at home enjoying her farm or in the mountains of North Carolina relaxing at her family cabin.
Jerry Gramig
Project Manager I
Jerry joined UF in 2017 as an application analyst supporting the university’s enterprise systems. During his time at UF, he has had the chance to work on student and financial modules of the ERP. Jerry joined CERP in 2023 as a project manager and enjoys collaborating with campus stakeholders to deliver products that enrich the experiences of faculty, students, and staff. Beyond the office walls, you'll find him embracing his adventurous side. Jerry finds solace in the beauty of nature, whether it's hiking along scenic trails, setting up camp in the great outdoors, or tending to the hives in his apiary.
Troy Haynes
Project Manager III
Troy is a project manager at UFIT. He has served UF for nearly 20 years, providing project management for business intelligence, finance, infrastructure, and IT rationalization. Troy has worked within the project management office for over 15 years, helping to develop the office into a critical part of UFIT's services to the UF community. Troy enjoys the challenges of implementing new projects to help transform both UFIT and Gator Nation.
Benjamin Markus
Project Manager II
Ben joined UF in 2015. He is a project manager with experience in major enterprise resource planning, student systems and enterprise budget software implementations, and system upgrades and installations. Ben has also served UF in strategic communications and organizational change management support roles. In his free time, Ben enjoys playing the guitar, gardening, spending time by the ocean, and traveling to see the band Phish.
Susan Mitnick
Project Manager II
Susan is a project manager with more than 25 years of experience in the technology sector. She is a Project Management Professional (PMP®) who has established a strong reputation for delivering top-notch results. Throughout her career, she has had the opportunity to work with a variety of organizations — both small and large, public and private — gaining a diverse range of knowledge and expertise. Her passion for ensuring quality is at the forefront of delivering outstanding results. Susan is dedicated to ensuring the success of her projects and UF.
Shay Potts
Project Manager II
Shay has been with UF since 2010. She is a project manager with experience in infrastructure and networking, system implementations, and upgrades. Among the projects Shay has worked with campus on include the emergency alert system, FMLA request process, the emergency check payroll process, bloodborne pathogen exposure response, implementation of expanded parental leave, leave donation, and a redesigned occupational medicine structure. Shay holds a master’s in leadership development, is a Project Management Professional (PMP®), and is Lean certified.
Rocco Sementelli
Project Manager II
Rocco is a Gator alumnus who began his UF career as a resident advisor during his undergraduate years. He returned to UF as an application analyst in 2018 and has been working in UFIT since. Rocco serves as a project manager and enjoys assisting UF in accomplishing its strategic goals. He has two cats, enjoys audiobooks, and can often be seen frequenting coffee shops, bookstores, and the occasional trivia night.
