CERP

Customer Experience & Resource Planning (CERP) is one of eight departments of UF Information Technology (UFIT). CERP exists to elevate the information technology experience for the Gator Nation and supports UFIT’s goal of enabling teaching, learning, research, and service by informing the university of IT services, support, and systems, conducting year-round feedback and listening programs, serving as campus advocates for enterprise IT improvements, and managing enterprise-wise technology projects for UF.

The Business Relations Managers Group

The Business Relationship Managers (BRM) serve as advocates for enterprise IT to advance the mission of the university. BRMs liaise with core administrative offices to identify opportunities that will improve UF’s information technology environment. BRMs also serve as a “front door” for campus, connecting core office staff with the right technical support, solutions, and guidance.

The Project Management Office

The Project Management Office (PMO) helps the university implement strategic solutions through the successful planning and monitoring of portfolios, programs, and projects. The PMO standardizes project-related governance processes and utilizes tools and methodologies that support collaboration across systems, facilitates communication with stakeholders, and maximizes productivity.

UFIT Communications

The IT-Communications group is an internal unit dedicated to managing the messaging and outreach needs of UF Information Technology. IT-Comm is also responsible for executive, enterprise project, and internal/retention communications, as well as university and UFIT brand adherence.
